Released in June 2021 on Escape Music (UK), ONLY TIME WILL TELL is Vince DiCola's first solo vocal album in two decades: a career-spanning collection of 13 songs written and recorded with some of the most legendary voices in melodic rock — Steve Walsh (Kansas), Bobby Kimball (Toto), Jason Scheff (Chicago), Stan Bush, Ellis Hall (Tower of Power), Mark Boals (Yngwie Malmsteen), Rick Livingstone (Agent) and Roger Voudouris.
The album is dedicated to the memory of Roger Voudouris, Vince's longtime songwriting partner, who co-wrote five of these songs:

Some of these tracks waited years for their moment — songs that, in Vince's words, "never made it past the demo stage for one reason or another, but I decided to include them anyway because of the stellar vocal performances." Among them: "Stay," the Bobby Kimball ballad Kimball always wished he had recorded with Toto — captured here as pure piano and vocal, in a single take. "Living in a Daydream," born from Mark Boals' audition for Vince's prog trio Thread. And the epic 8-minute closer "Suffer the Children" with Steve Walsh — "in my opinion, the crown jewel on this album" — featuring the voice of Vince's own daughter Danielle, recorded when she was just one year old.
